Dave O’Brien interviewed me for the critical theory section of the New Book Network. The interview is available in full here. The interview focused on my recently published book Popular Culture and New Media: The Politics of Circulation, and we also briefly discussed the background to the book and my upcoming book on Punk Sociology. It was great to do such a detailed interview, thanks go to Dave O’Brien for his engagement with my book. The Popular Culture and New Media book is still available for a short while with a 50% discount, the discount flyer (for postal and online orders) is available here.
