Thinking culture annual report and most visited posts

WordPress provide the blogs they host with an annual report. They are quite detailed, but they are based on the detailed stats pages that are available. I’ve explored the stats for thinking culture quite a bit this year anyway. But the summaries are interesting. For example, the review of the most frequent search terms used to find my blog reveals that my posts on Peter Sloterdijk have driven most traffic to my blog. Which was a bit of a surprise. Rather than post the whole report here I thought I’d just put a list of the top 5 most visited posts. These give a sense of the general content of the blog, and also show what things tend to attract interest:

1. Reviews of Peter Sloterdijk’s Bubbles.

2. Making revisions to articles is tricky.

3. Reading about writing.

4. Zizek on The Wire.

5. Algorithms in the academy: the sorting of academic practice.
