An interview on digital humanities with Miriam Posner

Figure/Ground have continued their series of interviews. This time the interview is with Miriam Posner who teaches on the Digital Humanities at UCLA. As with all of their interviews there is a focus on the individuals path into their academic post. There is also some critical stuff about tenure and the struggle of early career academics. This sets up some discussion of Posner’s teaching, digital humanities work and her writing plans. I notice that Miriam also has a blog that seems to focus on the practice and topics involved in her digital humanities research. For example, here is a post on the problems of doing digital humanities in the library.
